Ashby cum Fenby is a small, historical village, with very narrow roads (20MPH Limit).
 
Situated on the A18, the original cliff of the sea prior to the ice age.
 
The church of St Peters dates from 1230, and is hidden down the road to the Public House!
  The Village has a Public House / Restaurant and a Village Hall.
  Originally two hamlets known as Ashby and Fenby which connected during the medieval times and take on the full name we now know it as.
  The village has a road named Chapel Lane - but no chapel to be found, and a Post Office Lane, with no Post Office to be found either! -
  Note - there is no turning head in post office road and its a dead end!
