legend: In the middle of a farm there is a stone called 'Molly
Briar's Stone.' It is said that on June 21st each year at midnight,
a maiden ghost is said to be seen sitting there on that stone
and milking a cow. |

There are some lovely views around here, it is possible on a good clear day to see the lighthouse and wind turbines at Spurn Point on the other side of the Humber, 14 miles away! |
There was no village hall at Beelsby, and it was said that people used the old grocery shop, nicknamed the village hut. This building has long since gone and a house stands on the site |
